As a Senior Travel Advisor at North Travel, you will:- Provide personalised, detail-oriented planning with access to a vast network of global partners and suppliers.
- You are results and reward driven; with a desire to grow your network of travellers throughout New Zealand
- Deliver authentic, consultative and memorable client service—no taking transactional orders.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with discerning travellers.
- Work collaboratively among the team taking a customer first approach at all times.
- Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in your work, while being supported by a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Have a strong understanding of the travel industry and the technology use to book and manage travellers i.e. GDS, Mid-Office and Itinerary Apps
