About the RoleResponsibilities are Leadership/Management of staffOperational Support to the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)TeamworkStaff DevelopmentAdministration duties including supporting a particular teamFollows the principles of the Te Ara Tauwhirotanga – Pathways that lead us to act with kindness Model of Care About the Team/Service/ LocationThe role oversees 9 administrators and although based in Rotorua will provide some leadership to the Taupo office.

You'll form an integral part of the Mental Health & Addictions Service administration team reporting to the CNM Adult(Te Ngako) Community Mental Health & Addictions Service and work closely with the Southern Lakes Adult CNM.
