About the Role
As a Team Administrator, youll provide responsive and high-quality administrative support to enable the delivery of safe, equitable, and person-centred healthcare. This is a dynamic role where youll manage a variety of tasks including reception, diary coordination, meeting support, data entry, and health records management.Youll be a key part of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting clinical teams to focus on patient care.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Our administration team works across multiple services within Te Whatu Ora - Te Matau a Maui Hawkes Bay, providing essential support to clinical and operational teams. Based in Hawkes Bay, youll be part of a collaborative and values-driven environment that supports innovation, equity, and excellence in care.

About you
As a Team Administrator, you will bring:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the health sector.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and health-related databases (e.g. ECA, Winscribe).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- A clear understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and build positive relationships across teams.
