About the Role - Traffic Management Supervisor

Your workplace will be the among the stunning scenery of Otago and South Canterbury, from Oamaru to Queenstown, the Mackenzie country to Dunedin.
We have a great opportunity for someone to join our team in the role of Traffic Management Supervisor. This role includes resource allocation including plant and people, ensuring clear communication with everyone involved, such as clients and staff.The successful candidate would be required to assist with month end financial data collection, staff management and development and occasional on road work. The role requires a good level of computer literacy, excellent communication skills and ideally some traffic management knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of Temporary Traffic Management (Desired but not essential)
- Liaise between clients, Managers and TMP planner and crews
- Assign all resources for upcoming works, including staff, vehicles plant and relevant paperwork
- Preparation of job packs
- Assist the Manager as required with general division administration
Skills and Experience Required:
- STMS level qualifications and experience preferred but not essential
- Full Class 1 driver's license - Class 2 preferred
- High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve in an ever-changing environment
- Be a team player whilst having the ability to work unsupervised
