The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Xero and Simpro, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and organizing the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
  • Managing the company's Xero and Simpro accounts, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting,
stock receipting, ordering and management.
  • Handling general office duties, such as ordering supplies, running errands, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Providing additional support as needed, including special projects requirements:
  • previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Experience in Xero and Simpro (or equivalent accounting package) is favoured.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and numbers skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a part-time position, with a flexible work schedule. The successful candidate will work in their own office and report directly to the company's management team. The work environment is professional, friendly, and collaborative. This part time position is 20 hours per week, with being required on site every day.
