Dealing with clients both face to face and on the phone, handling referrals and our client's documentation are some of the main elements of the position. This role requires excellent administrative skills including advanced keyboard skills, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to problem solve and think outside the box, adaptability and outstanding self-management as the tasks required will be varied throughout the working week.
It is an important part of a team who work closely together and with multiple stakeholders across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. It will also require a high level of flexibility as it will be providing support across the whole MICAMHS team as required.

While the teams are based at separate locations, they work collaboratively, and you may be required to work across both sites.About YouTo be successful in this position you will have the ability to work to a high level and provide excellent customer service.
You will be a strong communicator both in verbal and written communication while having well-developed interpersonal skills. Medical transcription/audio typing will be strongly valued.We would like someone who is approachable and supportive of young people, and their families.
