Taking action now to create a better future — it’s why we show up every day. As a Bank Manager, you’ll lead your branch with purpose, energy, and a sharp focus on what matters most: your people, your customers, and your community.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development, leadership, and performance of your branch. You’ll build strong relationships both inside and outside the bank, helping drive business success and customer loyalty.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we connect — through our spaces, technology, and capability — to deliver outstanding experiences for customers, staff, business partners, and the wider community.

You’ll lead a diverse team of Banking Advisers and Customer Service Representatives, supporting them to meet every customer’s needs across personal banking, business banking, and wealth.

We’re looking for someone who leads with care, courage, and clarity. You’ll bring:

  • Proven recent experience as a successful leader
  • Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change
  • A strong commitment to coaching and developing others
  • A solid understanding of the local area (desired)
  • A tertiary qualification in Business (preferred)
  • FA qualification (desired)
