Location: Wellington CBD and Surrounding SuburbsInitial Commitment: Fridays, 4.5 hours per week (with scope to scale)

As a grounded boutique business, we are looking for a reliable, highly skilled Independent Cleaning Contractor to partner with our brand. Initially, we have a regular weekly contract available on Fridays for 4.5 hours servicing a residential property.For the right partner, there is immediate potential to take on more regular residential accounts and deep cleaning contracts.
Our chosen partner will:
- Be capable of fulfilling a role as a independent cleaning contractor

- Have proven experience in the professional cleaning industry and deeply understand high standards of cleanliness.
- Be able to provide current professional references.
- Take genuine pride in their work.

- Possess clear communication skills and an approachable personality.
Terms of Contracting with Kleen co.
Business-to-Business (B2B) : You will operate as an independent sole trader or commercial entity and will be fully responsible for your own business compliance:
Tax & ACC: You are solely responsible for your own income tax, GST (if applicable), and ACC earner levies.Invoicing: You will provide professional business invoices for services rendered. WT will be paid on behalf of the contractor at their chosen rate.
Flexibility & Extras: Most work is performed during the week for residential clients, but you will have the flexibility to choose your availability. Short-notice availability to cover bookings will be rewarded with a premium short-notice rate.Higher rates are paid for Deep Cleaning Services, negotiated at the time.
Tools of the Trade: To maintain our high eco-standards, Kleen co. will supply you with all the specialised hardware and equipment you need. Partnering contractors are responsible for the ongoing costs of replenishing the eco-cleaning products they use to complete their work.
Background Check: A clean Ministry of Justice check (Police Check) is required.
