Manaaki Ora Trust is a kaupapa Maori organisation that has grown from the aspirations of Te Arawa to ensure Maori are healthy, live well and are able to access the services and support that they need. Working under the maru (shelter) of Ngati Naho, we are fortunate be the newly appointed service provider for alcohol and other drug services in Waikeria Prison.

Ko wai koe / About you:
You will be a qualified and registered Health Professional, joining a team with a shared passion to support tane realise their potential. You will be a mature and experienced practitioner with the right disposition to work in a highly challenging environment.
Nga pukenga ka whai koe/ Skills you will have:
- A relevant qualification in psychology, addictions, mental health, social work, nursing or counselling.
- DAPAANZ registration.
- A minimum of 2 years working in the AOD sector.
- Competence to complete AOD assessments with clear formulation and programme recommendation.
- Confidence using matauranga Maori in programme delivery.
