Youll work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, offering expert advice on medication management, safety, and quality improvement. The position also involves contributing to research, mentoring and developing staff, and supporting the ongoing delivery of pharmacy services, including weekday, on-call and weekend operations.
