Apatu Farms is a leading, family-owned, Hawkes Bay agribusiness focused on producing quality fruit, vegetables and dairy products for local and global customers. Our operations are diverse, encompassing pipfruit (apples), viticulture, vegetable cropping, export onions, transport/logistic and dairy farming.

We are looking for a foreman to join our Apple Division growing premium apple varieties (including RockitTM and ENVYTM). This role will suit either an experienced Foreman or a Senior Leading Hand who is looking to make the next step in their career.

Reporting to the site's Orchard Management Team you will be a part of a team of great people who are passionate about growing first-class produce. With access to top-of-the-line equipment, you’ll be involved with innovative growing systems and a supportive management team with a future focus.

• At least 2 years’ experience in year-round apple orchard operations including people supervisory skills.
• Current Growsafe Certification preferrable.
• Willingness to get stuck in and work with a team to achieve high-quality results.
• Currently eligible to work in New Zealand and have your own reliable transport.
