Louvre Roof Installer

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Louvre Roof Installer to join our growing team at EXO Louvre Systems, a division of Manson Engineering. If you’re after variety, teamwork, and rewarding projects, this role could be a great fit.
What the role involves:You’ll work on residential and commercial installations across the greater Auckland area, with a mix of workshop prep and site work. Every job is different, and every roof is custom built.
Key responsibilities:
- Install EXO louvre roofs and complete associated site work
- Read and interpret technical plans and drawings
- Measure and assemble components with precision
- Prepare and handle aluminium materials
- Keep safety, quality, and efficiency front of mind
You’ll bring:
- A current full NZ driver's licence
- The ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Great attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good English communication skills
- A collaborative mindset. We’re big on teamwork
Bonus if you also have (not essential):
- EWP or Forklift licence
- Site Safe passport
- Class 2 truck licence
