About the Role: This is a hands-on, physically active job where no two days are the same and yes, it gets messy!

You'll need to be okay with dirty, gritty work and getting stuck in alongside the crew.

You'll be:

• Operating high-pressure water equipment to safely break up soil
• Vacuuming and removing debris from worksites with care and precision
• Working around sensitive underground infrastructure and services
• Managing your truck, equipment and paperwork to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hydro excavation or civil/drainage experience
• Full, clean Class 2 or 4 NZ driver's licence with ability to drive manual
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Comfortable with dirty, outdoor work in all conditions
• Able to pass a drug & alcohol screen and MOJ check
• Great communication skills and a strong team focus
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and keen to get stuck in
