Your Role
As the National Air Logistics Manager for New Zealand, you will oversee customer development, P&L management, and team leadership. You will support the implementation of corporate strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the Airfreight sector, emphasizing growth, customer relations, and profitability.
Responsibilities include recruiting, managing, motivating, and developing the Air Logistics team in accordance with the KN Roadmap and RACI. All duties should align with corporate policies and involve close collaboration with management and other business units.

Your Role

Your Responsibilities
Business and Product Development
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Support selected GA and NA customers as a Co-Pilot.
- Make commercial decisions for RFQs to secure and retain business.
- Support new business acquisition and account management.
- Enhance customer relations and expand the existing client base.
- Localize global Airfreight products to meet market needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of global business strategies.
- Engage regularly with NA peers and regional managers on customer and product development.
- Collaborate with group companies and other related entities for business development.
- Own and manage the P&L for New Zealand.
- Link financial performance with commercial actions.
- Manage customer profitability and RFQ processes.
- Create and monitor the annual budget, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support operational management and strategy execution.
- Ensure daily operational delivery meets standards.
- Assist in procurement and carrier management strategies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the Air Logistics team.
- Foster talent growth and succession planning.
- Lead organizational initiatives aligned with KN Culture and Roadmap.
- Develop internal talent pipelines and support international exchanges.

Your Skills and Experiences- Proven experience in Air Logistics, including Airfreight products, key account management, and customer service.
