Job Details:

- Position: Customer Services Manager
- Term: Permanent full time position
- Wage: $34.00-38.50 per hour
- Hours of work: minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 50 hours per week
- Shifted from Monday to Saturday
We require the candidate:
- Have a level of skill commensurate with a diploma or higher qualification OR minimum of 2 years of relevant experiences.
We prefer the candidate:
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication abilities to work effectively with team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Produce and develop customer service standards, feedback and complaints procedures. Design and supervise the customer service policies, standard and procedures, including the training course, questionnaires, financial contract, service guide and operational guidelines for for our business staffs.
- Manage staffing as appropriate to maintain a quality service to clients;
- Conduct regular meetings with operational staff;
- Motivate the service staff ensuring all staffs are fully aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Expanding existing contracts and promote the company through recommendation or a professional imagine of company team;
- Oversee and apply the customer service policy by regular survey on established wholesale and retail policies and standards, such as after sales service, fees refund policy and process, personnel requirement, crisis handling, etc.
- Undertaking necessary administration;
- Any other duties may be required by the business
