The Opportunity

To support our ongoing growth and success, we are looking for a New Build Sales Consultant to join our team in Christchurch. This is a fulfilling opportunity for career development and growth, and you will work alongside a national team of experienced and innovative construction specialists.

You will be self-motivated and ambitious with a proven and successful sales track record.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing client relationships from first contact to contract
  • Collaborating with marketing to successfully represent Keith Hay Homes at trade events
  • Proactively maintaining and developing local market knowledge and networks
  • Collaborating with the branch team to ensure shared ownership in delivering exceptional customer care and service delivery

Our ideal applicants will have:

  • Professional and relational written and verbal communication skills
  • An enthusiasm for delivering quality standards, with an ability to learn, listen and thoroughly action customer requirements
  • Attention to detail and proactive time management skills
  • Ability to effectively utilise customer and or sales management software systems
  • Knowledge of new home design and the building industry is advantageous but not essential
