Supervisor / Contracts Manager

ALLIED EXTERIORS LTD is an Auckland Based Exterior Plastering, Painting and Building Company.
We have a strong work load ahead in 2025/2026.
We are looking for a capable and experienced supervisor / contracts manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities include:- Management of our plastering teams
- Quality control
- Client liaison and communication
- Organising sub-trades
- Management of labour budgets
This is a new position to expand our management team and will be supported by the existing team.
The successful candidate will need the following attributes:- Building industry experience
- Energy, self-motivation and commitment
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good verbal communication and people skills
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Reasonable writing and computer skills
A good general knowledge of the building industry is required (specific knowledge of plaster cladding systems would be an advantage but is not essential).
