We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Class 4 Driver / Construction Operator** based out of our Hamilton branch.
The role would require the successful candidate to take part in a variety of tasks and responsibilities within our **Construction** crew. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving (reversing spreading aggregates) Class 4 truck
- Driving 10,000L watercart, rollers & loaders
- Assist with manual labour site preparation and operation
- Class 4 New Zealand drivers licence
- WTR endorsement
- Proven 3 + years' experience in civil construction or similar role
- Drive to achieve productivity, goals and deadlines
- Self-motivated and take pride in your work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Passion and commitment to safety in the workplace
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform manual work and maintain a good level of physical fitness
