Christchurch - Hyperbaric Customer Service Representative

About us: Friendly wellness clinic delivering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

The role: 15–25 hrs/week (Mon–Sat roster). Run hyperbaric chamber sessions, welcome clients, help with ear equalisation, monitor & log sessions, tidy/restock, and help with bookings.

• Welcome clients, explain how sessions work, and help with ear equalisation.
• Run safe hyperbaric chamber sessions using our simple checklists.
• Keep an eye on clients and complete brief session logs.
• Keep the space tidy and comfy (fresh linens, light cleaning, restocking).
• Lend a hand with bookings and basic reception tasks when needed.
• Note: This isn’t a medical role—no diagnosis or clinical decisions required.

• A warm, reassuring manner and clear communication.
• Reliability and great attention to detail (you like following checklists!).
• Comfortable using equipment after training.
• Able to be on your feet and lift light items (up to ~15 kg).
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
• Right to work in NZ; able to pass a Ministry of Justice check.

• Customer-care experience (spa/wellness, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare support).
• Interest in HBOT or oxygen safety.

• Friendly, supportive team with clear SOPs.
