ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and reliable Vault Librarian/Archive Officer to join our team. In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing and processing client media in a highly secure environment and supporting the Archive team ensuring the secure management, handling and storing of sensitive materials, maintaining safety and contributing to operational efficiency.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Media and Archive Management – Pick, check out, and store media and archive securely using S@FE.
- Verification & Accuracy – Ensure barcode verification and 100% database accuracy.
- Client Communication – Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional support.
- Operational Support – Maintain vault and Archive records, assist with retrievals, and ensure correct storage.
- Secure Handling – Follow strict compliance and security protocols for media and Archive transport and storage.
- Cross Training – Support our Imaging department as required.
- A full clean driver’s licence is a requirement, as you will need to be confident driving a security van.
- You have a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- You’re organized and comfortable handling secure and sensitive information.
- Your someone adaptable who can step into various roles as needed, helping the team with anything from deliveries to operational support.
- You’re confident working with systems, databases, and inventory processes.
- You take pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional work environment.
- You enjoy working independently while also being part of a high-performing team.
- You can lift and move Archive boxes up to 15kg and your comfortable working at height.
