This is a brilliant opportunity for an intermediate-level communications professional ready to step up and take ownership of delivery-focused work in a dynamic, fast-moving, change based environment.

About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi You'll be embedded in a significant programme of work
  • Rehabilitation & Treatment programme (RTP)
  • supporting change communications and internal engagement across a complex and evolving landscape.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for: Delivering tactical internal communications that support programme milestones and change initiativesCrafting clear, consistent messaging aligned with organisational change goalsDeveloping and executing engagement plans in collaboration with programme leadsSupporting reporting and storytelling to bring the programme's impact to lifeWorking closely with the internal communications team to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide channels and practicesManaging day-to-day communications activities and contributing to programme forums and stakeholder updatesSupport other programme tasks as and where required as directed by the Stakeholder Engagement LeadThis role is about getting things done.

You'll be trusted to work independently while having the support of the internal comms team and the programme lead.
About you | Mōu You're an adaptable, delivery-focused communicator with around five years' experience in internal communications, ideally within a large organisation.
You thrive in environments where things change quickly and enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple priorities.

You bring: Proven experience in change communications and internal engagementStrong writing and storytelling skills across a range of formats and channelsA collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teamsComfort working in programme-based environments with shifting prioritiesKnowledge of internal communications practices and toolsAn understanding of frontline work (e.g.

case management) is helpful but not essentialA comms or change qualification is a bonus, but not a requirementThis is a fantastic development opportunity for someone ready to stretch their skills, take ownership of delivery, and contribute to meaningful change.
