Lead School Caretaker – Te Aratai College

Te Aratai College are looking for a full time, permanent School Caretaker to begin as soon as possible or by negotiation.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, energetic, reliable and with an excellent work ethic. Must be committed to working with staff to provide a safe, well presented and functioning complex. Remuneration is $30 per hour.

The successful candidate will have; • A full driver's licence
  • be able to pass a police check
  • basic computer skills as tasks are logged via email system
  • the ability to work with others in a collaborative manner
  • a skill set that covers unblocking amenities, to signing off BWOF
