We're looking for an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our BNT Whangarei Branch.
As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results.
You'll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you'll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions.Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace.
