They’re now seeking a local, experienced, and motivating Project Manager to lead key projects, particularly in subdivisions and 3 Waters drainage.

The Role
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects valued up to $10 million. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring operational excellence across delivery, safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of civil projects
- Coordinate and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and authorities
- Provide accurate progress updates and documentation
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil construction, especially in subdivisions and 3 Waters
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities—even under uncertainty
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and bring out the best in teams
- Adaptable and relationship-focused with sound judgment
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
- Computer literate with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Prior experience in the contracting industry is essential
