Since 1996, we’ve been New Zealand’s favourite kids’ hangout, welcoming over 3,800 tamariki each day at 170+ school sites. From day trips and cooking to arts, science, and sports – no two days are ever the same. Come join us and bring out your inner child!

You will, * Lead the setup and daily running of sKids programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with schools and parents.
  • Play a key part in growing AWESOME Kiwi kids.
  • Supervise and support programme delivery every day.
  • Manage admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
  • Support and lead your team to success
Join us for 15+ hours of fun each week at our Rodney & North shore sites/ programmes!

Schedule: Before-school sessions (7:00am – 8:30am) + After-school sessions (between 2:30pm – 6:00pm). Holiday Programmes Available and the hours are between 7am - 6pm. Please note that these shifts are all rostered during the weekdays only (Monday - Friday).

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a genuine passion for inspiring children aged 5–12 to grow their confidence and be their authentic selves.
  • Brings experience working with children, ideally in childcare or education settings.
  • Has a background in organising before- and after-school programmes (a big plus!).
  • Is a confident communicator, ready to be the friendly face connecting sKids with parents.
  • Holds a valid NZ work or student visa, or is a NZ resident or citizen.
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.
