Description:This is a hands-on administrative role suited to someone who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities will include general office administration, quoting, invoicing, creditors, reconciling bank statements, monthly accounts, Payroll, PAYE, GST, Marketing and dispatching parts orders.
The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience with working on MYOB
- Payroll – lodging Payday Filing with the IRD
- Processing GST Returns
- Strong computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills
- Answering and directing calls and general enquiries
- Organizing the movement of parts including packaging up for collection by the Couriers
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
