About the role:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? Join our team as a Support Staff member in Mosgiel.
You'll have the opportunity to assist residents with their everyday activities, including shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal support, and community outings.
Ideally, you'll have an NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent along with:- A positive attitude to supporting people with learning disability.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence (essential).
- Great communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ongoing development opportunities. If you haven't already completed NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 and 3, we will support you to complete these.
- Paid time off the floor to complete your fully funded First aid certificate in addition to Safe Manual Handling, Falls Prevention and Dysphagia training.
