Due to company growth, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Roofing Manager to join our team based in Albany as our new Head of Roofing.

• Leading and growing our business in the roofing industry
• Accurately preparing cost estimates for either long run roofing and concrete roofing projects including materials and labour
• Managing multiple projects, maintaining deadlines and budgets
• Providing insights and recommendations to support cost-effective solutions
• Managing workers by being a leader with subcontractors and staff
• Providing direct liaison with customers and Quality Roof Coatings Management.

• Proven experience in roofing estimation with a strong understanding of construction materials and methods
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in costings
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work on the tools when necessary
• Reliable, loyal, problem solver and trustworthy
• Able to pass a criminal history check
• Excited to grow a team around you
• Ideally LBP licensed Roofer.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday with some flexibility required to meet client demands.
