Crush Beauty Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Crush Beauty Assistant to join our team in Auckland. This is a varied role that combines retail operations, customer service, e-commerce fulfilment, and marketing support. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for all things beauty.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Deliver an exceptional in-store and online customer experience
• Manage online orders end-to-end, including pick/pack/dispatch and tracking
• Keep the store floor stocked, tidy, and welcoming
• Support marketing activities: social media content, promotions, and events
• Assist with stock management, inventory updates, and charity/event projects
• Bring fresh ideas to help us connect with customers and grow the Crush Beauty community

• Previous retail or customer service experience (bonus if it’s beauty-related)
• Strong communication and people skills — you love helping others
• Basic understanding of social media and marketing
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to pitch in and help out in this fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and keen to learn new systems
