About the RoleWe are looking for a part-time Administrator to join our Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service. This role provides administrative support and clinical typing functions to the clinicians within the team enabling greater service efficiency and resource utilisation.
The Administrator will also provide leave cover for the CAMHS Systems Coordinator. Excellent medical typing skills and ability to quickly and accurately turn around clinical letters and meeting minutes to meet time constraints Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Experience learning and navigating IT based systems, with preferred experience in a health care setting Significant general office-based skills and experience Sound knowledge of Equity principles, a commitment to bi-culturalism and demonstrable application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations.
