About the Role:
- Family Harm Advocacy – Provide support and advocacy for individuals and families impacted by family harm, ensuring safety and access to essential services.
- Crisis Response – Perform assessments with professionalism and empathy, and coordinate immediate safety planning and referrals.
- Case Management – Maintain clear and confidential records and contribute to multi-agency collaboration where required.
About You:
- Previous experience in family harm, crisis intervention, or client advocacy roles.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics of family violence.
- Sensitivity, confidentiality, and emotional resilience in challenging situations.
- Full, clean NZ driver’s licence.
