Housekeeping supervisor - Alexandra

In this role, you will supervise, conduct and coordinate routine work activities of housekeep team,ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Assigning housekeeping tasks to housekeeping team and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Coordinates the housekeeping workforce to meet daily deadlines
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Oversee all housekeeping work.
• Upholds accommodation's cleanliness standards, and conducts daily inspections for assigned rooms
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas

• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping and sanitizing rooms.
• Adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs
• Physically fit , have positive attitude and strong leadership skills. Must also have a good eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster, including public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff.
• A can-do attitude with a good work ethic.
• Full class license is preferred.
• Multi-lingua Preferred

We offer flexible hours, and a supportive work environment. Position is Full Time, a minimum of 30 hours per week. Minimum pay rate per hour is $28 and maximum pay rate is $31.
