**1. Full-Time Bar Manager and Duty Manager.
We are seeking a Full-Time Bar Manager to join our team. A foundation in cocktails and spirit knowledge is preferable but training will be provided to enhance your skills. If you have a passion for elevating the drinking and dining experience and creating memorable moments, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**- Run a shift and be confident working both on the bar and the floor
- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and whiskies.
- Educate customers on our extensive whisky selection.
- Maintain a clean and organised venue.
- Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative cocktail recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive atmosphere.
- 5 years experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge of cocktails and whiskies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- LCQ
- Current Duty Manager Certificate
- Available evenings and weekends
