About the Role**
We're seeking a hands-on leader to manage on-site landscaping teams, coordinate daily tasks, interpret plans, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
**Location:** Papakura, South Auckland

- Interpret and work from landscape plans and technical drawings
- Oversee installation of both hardscape (retaining walls, paving) and softscape (planting, turf, irrigation) features
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard
- Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong landscaping skills including paving, decking, retaining walls, planting, and general site works
- Ability to confidently read and understand landscape and construction drawings
- Skilled excavator/digger operator
- Full NZ driver's licence (manual capable)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
