About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Cambridge Branch Parts Department within our busy tractor and agricultural machinery dealership.
Key responsibilities: Lead and develop the Parts team to achieve strong service and sales outcomes
Manage inventory levels, ordering, forecasting and stock accuracy
Ensure parts availability to support workshop and customer requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Oversee pricing, margins and parts department performance
Coordinate warranty and supplier returns processes
Maintain efficient systems, administration and reporting
Drive continuous improvement across parts operations and customer experience
What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a Parts Manager, Senior Parts Interpreter, or similar leadership role
Experience in agricultural, heavy machinery, automotive, construction or related industries preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory management and parts operations
Proven ability to lead, coach and support a team
Commercial awareness with a focus on performance and profitability
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using dealership systems and technology
