We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for Store Manager opportunities across our New Zealand South Island stores. With over 185 stores and 20,000 team members across Aotearoa, we've made it our mission to make Kiwi lives a little better every day.

**About the Role | Mo te Turanga**
Strong leadership is essential to successfully lead a Woolworths Supermarket and own its full performance. As a Store Manager you responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to drive trade activity and profitability
- Coaching and developing your team to ensure product passion, knowledge, and an excellent customer shopping experience
- Attracting, selecting and training talented employees, and developing succession plans
- Making data-led decisions based on customer and operational insight, effectively managing P&L and resources, and confidently navigating digital platforms and transformation.
- Empowering and building capability within your diverse team, successfully translating change into tangible goals while maintaining team support
- Championing genuine customer care to constantly delight customers, supporting local community priorities, and actively implementing the Sustainability Plan.
The roster will be rotating, including 2 Saturday and 2 Sundays shift per month and at least one evening each week
**About You | Mou**
We are looking for our next Store Manager to have:
- Proven leadership capabilities and prior retail management experience is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage a retail operation with commercial success.
- The ability to build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships
- An ability to illustrate a team first, customer first approach to business
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, wellbeing legislation and best practice
