Admin & Customer Service - Entry Level Position

Needing a Customer Service Administrator who can hit the ground running! Collectively we are the largest Tow Operator in BOP,. We are the regions longest towing operator and salvage company and we are well-respected in the transport industry. With a supportive, fun, friendly team, who offer on the job training and support, this is a great role for the right person.

The Customer Service Administrator is the front face of the company and will provide superior customer service to their customers, whilst providing administration support to our team.

• Provide customer service to our customers both by phone and face to face
• Checking truck drivers paperwork to ensure it has been completed correctly
• Loading jobs into Linksoft, our job management system (training provided)
• Preparation and invoicing of jobs, using excel, Health & Safety reports
• Processing payments via eftpos, afterpay, c/c or cash and releasing impounded vehicles once payment is processed and approved
• Confident completing administration tasks as requested, including contacting insurance companies, taking photos of insured vehicles, taking GPS readings from trucks
• Organise light & heavy towing jobs as directed
• Booking in vehicle’s that go through auction company via app
• General office administration and reception duties, including filing, and whatever else may be required
• Excellent communication especially over the phone
• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate data entry
• Personally organised with superior time management and adept at responding to a changing environment

• Excellent using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook with an ability to quickly learn new systems
