Our client, a contract engineering business, is looking for an experienced accounts/administration person to join their team. The position is sole charge and involves all aspects of the internal accounting and finance function for the business including invoicing and job costing, creditor processing and payment, payroll administration, managing bank accounts and liaising closely with the General Manager on all aspects of the management of the business.

The business operates its accounting and payroll functions using Xero software, incorporating WorkGuru for job costing.

The position is based in the Eastern Bay of Plenty where their head office is situated. The business operates throughout New Zealand providing on-site engineering and labour hire services to many of New Zealand's large industrial sites.
