Store Manager
This job is based in Cambridge and is a fulltime permanent position.
We would like to offer this opportunity to a Boutique sales superstar. If you have a passion for natural fibres, a position has become available in our beautiful clothing boutique in Cambridge. We represent exclusive quality women's clothing and have established a wonderful customer database.We are renowned for customer stylizing and personalized customer service Our clients have become extended friends of our OFI team.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain daily shop protocol of OFI via product mix, stock levels and service standards.
- Promote and advertise stock.
- Merchandise protocols for all of our stores (with assistance) via marketing, purchasing and pricing policies.
- Sell to and advise customers on products
- Update Social Media like: Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Assist in maintaining records of stock levels.
- Maintain shop to OFI standards in cleanliness, presentation and background music.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Cover other stores as required.
Minimum qualifications: NZQF Diploma or three years relevant experience Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 per week The successful applicant must be able to work in New Zealand and be available for work during core store hours of 9.30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Sunday from May to October, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Sunday from November to April, as designated by the employer.
