Job description (Assistant Manager) :
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the pizza restaurant, including staff management, stock taking, ordering, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
- Keep the restaurant audit ready - Lead by example and uphold high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, accurate order preparation, and timely deliveries.
- Train and mentor staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management.
- Contribute to developing and implementing marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Job pre-requisites:

- Must be well trained in all restaurant stations.
- Atleast 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the Pizza/hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic financial and inventory management concepts.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
