As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced Store Manager who's been with the business for 13 years — someone who knows how to lead, develop, and back their team for success.
The Details:
- Pay Rate: $26 - $28 per hour + Sales Incentives (paid fortnightly)
- Roster: Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (flexible from 32 hours if required)

In this role, you will:
- Lead from the front, setting the pace and energy on the floor
- Inspire, train and coach your team to hit sales and service goals
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating store culture
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage stock, stocktake processes, and promotional setups
- Support daily operations, including rosters, reporting and opening/closing
- Drive results through smart planning and consistent execution
You'll bring:
- Leadership or keyholder experience in retail ideally in fashion but not critical
- Strong communication and team development skills
- Confidence, energy, and a passion for people and product
- A hands-on approach with a drive to deliver results
