As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced Store Manager who's been with the business for 13 years — someone who knows how to lead, develop, and back their team for success.

The Details:

• Pay Rate: $26 - $28 per hour + Sales Incentives (paid fortnightly)
• Roster: Sunday to Thursday
• Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (flexible from 32 hours if required)

In this role, you will:

• Lead from the front, setting the pace and energy on the floor
• Inspire, train and coach your team to hit sales and service goals
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating store culture
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Manage stock, stocktake processes, and promotional setups
• Support daily operations, including rosters, reporting and opening/closing
• Drive results through smart planning and consistent execution

You'll bring:

• Leadership or keyholder experience in retail ideally in fashion but not critical
• Strong communication and team development skills
• Confidence, energy, and a passion for people and product
• A hands-on approach with a drive to deliver results
