Job Description / Key Duties: Greet guests and visitors professionally.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures.Handle bookings, reservations, and cancellations.
Process payments and issue receipts/invoices.
Answer phone and email inquiries.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
