Office & Business Support Administrator
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office & Business Support Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Wellington office.
This is a varied and important role that combines office administration, reception, project team support, business systems coordination and technology support. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment while providing administrative support across the business and assisting staff with systems, processes and technology.
Working closely with the Operations team, you will help coordinate office services, support project administration and financial processing, maintain company systems and contribute to the dynamic team culture. The role also contributes to marketing coordination, company events and general business administration.
