Due to this growth, we are looking for a Handyman / Working Cleaning Supervisor professional to support our Regional Manager and wider Auckland team.
The Role:This is a hybrid position where you will supervise our cleaning operations while also using your facilities skills to help maintain and improve client sites.
Hours:- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 7pm
- Some flexibility and occasional weekend cover required (this applies to being available for periodical work and specialist one off work for Upper North Island)
- Some over night stays across the region will be required.
- Assist with client QA checks across Auckland and the Upper North Island sites
- Replenish cleaning supplies and pick up/deliver site stock
- Provide hands-on cleaning support as needed
- Lead one-off cleans and cover for staff absences –Here in Auckland and in the regions
- Perform facilities tasks such as basic maintenance, repairs, and minor site improvements
- Ensure a safe, high-quality service experience for our clients
- Previous cleaning experience required, specialist cleaning knowledge an advantage
- Facilities experience is essential, including the ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair duties
- Excellent customer service, communication, and computing skills
- Honest, dependable, and a team player
- Applicants must be physically fit and able to safely carry out manual handling tasks, which may involve lifting, carrying, or moving equipment and materials as required
- Full New Zealand Driver’s License and ability to pass an MOJ check
