Experienced Forklift Operator

We have been a part of the Tauranga community for eight years.

The position mostly consists of receiving, checking and storing stock coming through the backdoor. Requires operator to move stock into correct departments within specific time frames

Hours available are:

Full time Forklift Operator- commencing at 4am - 40+ hours, Monday to Friday

The successful candidates will:

• Be methodical, able to work with store systems with an expectation of attention to detail in regard to Food Safety & Health & Safety.
• Be a team player
• Have excellent customer service skills, be able to interact with drivers while requiring them to follow safety rules
• Have a co-operative spirit; be able to adhere to the store's values
• Be physically fit and able to able to fulfil the requirements of the role
• Have good written and verbal English skills.
• Be Health and safety focused Experience desired:
• Prior Forklift experience, preferably in the Supermarket or like business
• Food retail experience
• Forklift and reach truck current Forklift License (Endorsed License preferred)
