Carpet Installer
What will I be doing?**
This role will see you travelling around Auckland, visiting scheduled schools removing old carpet and installing new carpet tiles.
You'll be a hands-on leader, guiding a small, close-knit crew where everyone works together to get the job done efficiently.
As you will be working in a school environment you will have a positive attitude, maintain a high level of professionalism, able to pass strict background checks and the ability to support the safe environment the school holds.
This is a 12-month contract, working Monday to Friday, with the potential for ongoing work. Opportunities may be available outside the city, with travel and accommodation allowances provided.
***What are we looking for?***- A confident leader who brings experience and knowledge to the team, with a strong commitment to delivering quality work on time.
- Ideally, a Minimum of 3 - 5 years' proven experience laying carpet / flooring insulation
- Clean Criminal History
- Full clean NZ driver's license (ability to driving a manual is a must!)
- Reliable, honest and a good team player that enjoys working in a small team.
- Physically fit, flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with Principal, teachers and Children.
