Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role We have multiple opportunities for experienced Project Managers (PM) to join us on an 18-month fixed term basis.As a PM in the Rehabilitation and Treatment Programme, you'll lead the delivery of initiatives that improve health outcomes for injured New Zealanders and sustainability of the ACC scheme.
You'll work across a diverse programme of work that includes the claims management model, the long-term claims pool, social rehabilitation investment, and elective surgery access.
You'll be responsible for managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-stream projects.
This role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and policy teams, and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in client experience and system performance.

Mōu | About you A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in a large and complex organisation, including business and technology change.
Experience in government and health would be beneficialDemonstrated strong delivery and leadershipStrong ability to manage complex project budget, governance, reporting and riskExcellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisationHigh quality presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experienceStrong time management and organisational skillsKnowledge and experience working with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies (qualification would be beneficial)If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

- $166,288 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities.
ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
