Hiring Full time/part time Assistant Manager & Sales assistant for a dairy shop in Napier.

Part time hours = 20 hours/week

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products and promotions.
• Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales.
• Open and close the shop as required, following proper procedures.
• Supervise daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering new stock as required.
• Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Ensure the shop layout is attractive, tidy, and consistent with brand standards.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance checks.
• Ensure the store complies with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Customer Service
• Stocking and restocking merchandise as needed
• Helping shoppers find what they need
• Managing transactions at the cash register
• Answering customer questions
• Liaising with managers as needed
• Cleaning the store
• Receiving product deliveries

• Experience in retail would be advantageous but not compulsory
• Must be fluent in english
• Must available on weekend
