A well-established property developer is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee 3 residential sites from start to finish. With an impressive pipeline of upcoming work, this is a great opportunity to join a team delivering high-quality builds.
You’ll be responsible for developing construction programmes, managing site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects run smoothly on time and budget. Reporting to senior management, you’ll play a key role in keeping multiple projects on track while driving progress on site.
