Hours of work: Permanent, Full Time with minimum of 30 hours per week.
Supervising and training kitchen staff.
Planning storage, usage and wastage of bulk raw material used in the kitchen.
Ensuring food prepared in the kitchen is of highest possible standards.
Cooking for groups of people at one time for events or special bookings.
Checking temperature of freezer, oven, grill and other cooking equipment’s.
Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
Ensuring all the cooking utensils are clean before each use.
Good personal hygiene
Can develop and train others.

About the Role:

Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour.
Duties include:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting cuisine/sweets as per menu.Supervising and training kitchen staff.
Planning storage, usage and wastage of bulk raw material used in the kitchen.
Ensuring food prepared in the kitchen is of highest possible standards.
Cooking for groups of people at one time for events or special bookings.
Checking temperature of freezer, oven, grill and other cooking equipment’s.

Ensuring food health and safety regulations are followed.
Other Skills required: Level 4 qualification in cookery or 3 years of relevant work experience.
